It features executive production by Sam Morril, known for his Netflix special “Same Time Tomorrow,” and includes other executive producers like Kelly Van Valkenburg and James Webb. In this hour-long comedy special, Hashem delves into various subjects, including death threats, existential questions, relationship issues, and her experiences as a first-generation Arab-American.

Hashem’s journey in comedy has been marked by her distinct deadpan style and sharp wit. Dina has written for ‘The Daily Show’ and has contributed to other notable projects, including Season 2 of ‘The Sex Lives of College Girls’ on Max and B.J. Novak’s FX anthology ‘The Premise.’ Her comedy career took off after her first appearance on Comedy Central’s ‘Roast Battle,’ and she was named one of Team Coco’s ‘Comics to Watch’ in 2017. Hashem made her late-night debut on ‘Conan’ and achieved viral success with a Comedy Central Digital set, attracting nearly three million views.
In addition to stand-up, Hashem has appeared on shows like ‘Night Train with Wyatt Cenac,’ ‘2 Dope Queens,’ and ‘This Week at the Comedy Cellar.’ She has also lent her voice to Apple TV+’s ‘Central Park’ and is set to voice a character in Ramy Youssef’s upcoming animated series ‘#1 Happy Family USA’ for Amazon and A24, where she will also serve as a writer.
